Homiefix is an end-to-end home services platform designed to simplify how users book and manage home maintenance tasks. The mobile app allows customers to browse services, request bookings, track provider status, and manage payments. On the backend, an admin/customer-care web app enables service assignment, provider management, and real-time job monitoring.
I designed the information architecture, user flows, design system, and responsive layouts to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams.
